Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Covered, we do our best to get your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Your total delivery time is made up of two parts:

  1. Processing Time – this is the time it takes to prepare your order

  2. Shipping Time – the time it takes for your order to travel to your address

Processing Time

Processing time depends on the number of items in your order:

  • 1 to 10 items: 2 working days

  • 11 to 100 items: up to 7 working days

  • 100+ items: up to 12 working days

  • 1000+ items: 30–60 working days

Please note: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times:

Europe (EU) 3–7 working days
UK 4–8 working days
USA 7–14 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on weight, not the number of items — this allows for fair and accurate pricing.

Here’s a general weight guide to help you estimate:

  • Small products (15–50ml)
    e.g. serums, creams, oils
    ➝ approx. 80g – 150g per item (including packaging)

  • Mid-size products (100–200ml)
    e.g. cleansers, toners, lotions
    ➝ approx. 200g – 300g per item

  • Large products (400–500ml)
    e.g. body wash, shampoo
    ➝ approx. 500g – 700g per item

The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and delivery location.

 


Delays & Disruptions

We always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur due to customs, logistics issues, or high-demand periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to contact us via our Contact Form.
