Returns & Refunds Policy

At Covered, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 


Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

To start a return, please contact us at covered@brandbuildershub.nl with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items marked as final sale or part of a promotion

  • Gift cards

 


Damaged, faulty or incorrect items?

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at covered@brandbuildershub.nl with a clear photo and your order number. We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or full refund.
